Towards a romani and feminist perspective of the museum.
As a result of the collaboration between the Asociación de Mujeres Romi de València and the IVAM, this symposium proposes a space for reflection on the role of roma women in culture and, consequently, in the museum and in art. A day dedicated to listening and learning from the lived experiences and activist trajectories of roma women who, through their professional practice and their cultural advocacy, challenge the status quo of the society around us and articulate their struggle for equality.
