Session: “Trascity. Alberto Feijóo”. IVAM Estiu

This is the second session of IVAM Estiu, our programme of actions, mediation and musical activities designed to celebrate getting together, sound and summer.

As part of Trascity, and in dialogue with Alberto Feijóo, we invite you to a day focusing on two of the inspirations for the artist’s work: illustration and screen printing, firstly, and secondly, music and the auditory spaces that accompany us in our daily lives.

María Ramírez and Alberto Feijóo will be offering a workshop with two basic premises: to have fun, and to experiment with textile screen printing. Bring your own clothing to print on.

After the workshop, from 20.30 onward, Discos Oldies will be playing aa a varied selection of danceable vinyls, from postpunk to rock through 80s and 90s electronic music. Discos Oldies has been a reference for Valencian music for over forty years, and has been given a boost of energy since January 2022 when Andreu, Chema, Pere and Mario took over.
