Through a conversation between Llorenç Barber, Montserrat Palacios, Lorenzo Sandoval, Pedro André, and Tono Vizcaíno, the discussion introduced key elements that structure the exhibition Llorenç Barber. Arxiu d’escoltes. The dialogue focused on how to present a sound art archive, the relationships between music and context, and the notion of “plurifocality.” It also addressed some of the artist’s practices and methods, both in his sound production and in his work as an organizer of cycles and festivals.
