Magazine Arbor. Ciencia, Pensamiento y Cultura, vol. 192 (781), sept.–oct. 2016
Víctor Navarro (guide of the first meeting of Presentes densos, and member of Acció Ecologista-AGRÓ), recommends this article by researcher Sarah Hamilton, which article provides an overview of the evolution of environmental ideas and discourse during the final decades of the Franco regime.
Hamilton focuses, in particular, on how by the late 1960s, as the regime weakened and social unrest increased, a new group of activists emerged, who understood environmental protection as inextricably linked to issues of social justice.
