Graphic design in Valencia reached its peak in the middle seventies, when we dipped into contemporary culture and we opened to international design. The number and quality of the different designers working in our autonomous community are an example of the development achieved within this field. Their scope is to show through monographic exhibitions their original and imaginative contributions in the sphere of design and new creative languages. Within the theoretical approaches of modern art, design is considered as one of the most efficient tools to transmit the innovative character and the contribution of the vanguard currents and trends. Since the beginning of the 20th century, graphic design has been considered as one of the most powerful cultural instruments because of their influence in social communication. That has contributed to the presence of vanguard art in daily life and captured the different evolution of aesthetics.
