At hand: Works on paper by Elena del Rivero

In this exhibition, the Valencian artist living in New York, Elena del Rivero, gives shape to personal and even private experiences. There are intense human experiences that are like a gash, a stab, a wound, a severance. Therefore the new series of works that comprise this exhibition follow the orientation around a theatricalisation that, in the form of a retrospective exhibition, literally submerges the spectator in a tangle of oversaturated and ambivalent emotional condensation and poetic meditation where Elena has placed her intimate, personal experiences.
