Su obra, iniciada bajo la influencia del surrealismo y centrada en la b\u00fasqueda de nuevos c\u00f3digos est\u00e9ticos y narrativos, lleg\u00f3 a adoptar los ingredientes caracter\u00edsticos de la cultura pop. Sin embargo, sus motivaciones eran muy distintas al resto de autores que participaron en este movimiento: su trabajo siempre ten\u00eda como objetivo o finalidad \u00faltima la concienciaci\u00f3n y denuncia de los sistemas de dominio econ\u00f3mico, pol\u00edtico y social, con la guerra de Vietnam, el imperialismo y la guerra fr\u00eda de fondo.<\/p>\n<p>Su obra, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su apariencia de juego con elementos que proceden del mundo del c\u00f3mic, la publicidad y los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, refleja de forma ir\u00f3nica, reveladora, \u00e1cida y feroz los mecanismos financieros que regulan las relaciones de poder.
